My story.

I’m Marius Nedelcu. Every chapter of my career started the same way. Thrown into something unfamiliar, with no instructions and no time to learn slowly.

From receptionist to marketing director, from team member to team builder. From one brand to building it across multiple countries. From Eastern Europe to the rest of Europe, then Africa and Asia. From fitness to fintech, two industries with nothing in common except that I had to learn them both from zero. From one sector to twelve, from B2C to B2B. From employee to founder.

And somewhere in the middle of all that, from a singer with no formal training to an award-winning songwriter, before challenging myself and succeeding to become a CMO.
